Products and Services

A Star Door specialises in supplying and installing high-quality doors, gates, and digital lock solutions for residential and commercial properties across Singapore. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.

Orders and Payments

Quotations — All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
Order Confirmation — Orders are only confirmed once a deposit has been received.
Payment Methods — We accept payment via PayNow, bank transfer, cheque, and other approved methods. Cheques should be made payable to A Star Door Pte Ltd.
Ownership of Goods — All goods supplied remain the property of A Star Door Pte Ltd until full payment has been received.
Order Amendments — Any changes or amendments to your order will only be effective once agreed by both parties in writing.

Delivery and Installation

Delivery and installation dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the installation site is ready and accessible on the scheduled date.
Any postponement requested by the customer must be communicated at least 3 working days in advance.
Additional charges may apply for re-delivery or rescheduled installations caused by customer unavailability.

Cancellations and Refunds

Once an order has been confirmed and the deposit received, cancellations may not be permitted.
Custom-made products (including made-to-measure doors and personalised items) are non-refundable.
Refund eligibility, where applicable, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of A Star Door Pte Ltd.

Warranty

All products supplied by A Star Door come with a manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Wear and tear, colour changes, misuse, and damage caused by improper installation or unauthorised modifications are not covered. Please refer to our Warranty Page for full details.

Trade-In Program

Where applicable, our trade-in programmes are offered under the following general conditions:

Eligibility — Trade-in offers may apply only to specific property types (e.g. HDB / BTO / Condominium) as stated in the relevant promotion.
Condition of Trade-In Items — Items submitted for trade-in must meet our acceptance criteria.
Valuation — All trade-in valuations are determined solely by A Star Door and are final.
Programme Changes — A Star Door reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate any trade-in programme at any time without prior notice.

Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
